The Family Leisure Centre Kinsmen Aquatic Park will be closed August 31st to September 13th, 2009 inclusive for routine scheduled annual maintenance. The Family Leisure Centre Fitness Room will remain open Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM (closed Labour Day September 7th). The Encana Arena will not be affected by the aquatic centre closure and the regular ice schedule will remain in effect.
Crestwood Recreation Centre will be open extended hours during the FLC closure:
- Monday to Friday – 6 AM to 8:45 PM
- Saturday – 12 PM to 7:30 PM
- Sunday – 12 PM to 5:30 PM
- Monday, September 7th – Labour Day – 12 PM to 5 PM
