Medicine Hat Media, being the forerunner of bringing scam alerts to public attention online, especially with our coverage of StoresOnline in 2008 and 2009 have another one to alert you about. Saying that, I would also like to state that this could very well NOT be a scam, but who has ever heard of anything good coming out of these workshops? Well, besides that cheap digital camera that they give you that will break after a month. Fortunately for us, CHAT TV has helped us with this one and released their video to YouTube.

The gullibility of a certain older lady in the video is quite disturbing; however, this is the type of people that they thrive off of. I can’t speak to the content of the workshop or program as I did not attend the event; however, a simple Google search reveals many complaints against The Insider’s Edge, Dean Graziosi (he has a lot, but mostly his own trying to pad Google with his own sites/products), and their parent company, “Investor Education”. Remember when we went to Stores Online and got free MP3 players that ended up having half a dozen virus’s and the user interface was in Chinese? That was pretty sweet. I wonder if The Insiders Edge digital cameras are as good…

I saw over 100 people attend this workshop. This was held at the Medicine Hat Lodge. Now, to me it doesn’t lend credibility to the Workshop that it was held at a local establishment . . . with whatever credibility the Medicine Hat Lodge and ‘Casino’ has. But I wonder if this isn’t part of the design (ploy) of this traveling circus.
One person said, “If it was a scam, I doubt that ‘The Lodge’ would allow them to host an event here . . . You know, One that was crooked.”

I think places where these things usually take place, for example, Medicine Hat Lodge or The Callaghan Inn don’t care as long as they get paid for the room and service. Especially in the case of Callaghan Inn for StoresOnline because they have been there twice now even after being banned in several states in the US and having tons of lawsuits against them.

Chat TV should do a video in the summer when Stores Online comes back (I expect). The Chat Rep in the video said a lot of things I did when I stood outside The Callaghan Inn handing out flyers, such as “If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.” and telling attendees about the numerous lawsuits against the company. Many attendees thanked me for my time and effort in being honest and how professional and informative the writeup I made was.

They should try to do a follow up with that lady when she has lost all her money, as a warning. Sometimes its hard to feel sorry for people.

I went through this seminar also in its entirety ,yes costs money ,no its definatly not for everyone . It has taught me alot and am still applying and using there services everyday . I have bought properties through them and they have helped in acquiring properties .I only wish I had found these guys sooner it would have saved me more than its costs in mistakes I have made.

This is a testimony of an Engineer who came to be another victim of this Dean Graziosi. Like many others, I was fooled and lured in to the spider web of this Dean Graziosi. Men, the coaches were great on inviting you on these three day seminar. Having this heard from an infomercial on the television, I thought it was legit. For $1997, you will learn the secrets of the real estate business and become rich. Backed up with the testimonies of two millionaires saying they are a product of Dean Graziosi’s teachings. Thinking it was legit, I signed up online for their seminar.
On their seminar, 80% per day for three days, they were talking about upgrading our membership to premium for only $12 to $24k and there we will learn the hidden secrets of the industry. Nevertheless, the whole seminar was none sense. All they offered can be found at google for free. The even charged everyone another $997 for the tax liens part of the seminar. I did not pay of course. I am an engineer, I think based on what I think is true and legit. I simply wasted my three days and my money to this. If they are really making millions especially Dean from the Real Estate Business, why would they have to lure in and extort money out of the innocent such as me? This goes to show that they really don’t have millionaires. This is a well rehearsed performance of scam artists lead by the best con man himself, Dean Graziosi. Curse you Dean Graziosi
